Backtracking! Michelle + Andrew|marrriiiieeed :)

I lurk regularly on a wonderful music website called Okayplayer.com, and stumbled upon Andrew (another lurker, and wildly talented graphic designer guru-type guy, as you can see here) looking for a wedding photog to capture him and his very lovely (and expecting!) Michelle, so of course, I made it happen. It was in a lovely restaurant called the Foundation, in Old Town Manassas, and a lot of fun!

I think the restaurant is split in half, with formal dining on our side, and less-than-formal dining on the other side. They borrowed the guitarist from the other side to play. Val caught this:

Can I just say I LOVE her freckles? I have freckle envy. I have a maybe-freckle on the end of my nose, but it's probably just a mole :( but I pretend sometimes that it's a freckle:

Chef Matt and Mike made the best food for all the guests--and the photogs! Too bad we got full 1/2 way through and then forgot about our to-go boxes en route back to D.C.



Michelle is due very soon w/their first! I wish you guys the best and hope you play The Roots in the baby's nursery!*
